At MeetAndRetreat.club, we want members to understand exactly what joining involves, and what it costs, before they join.

MeetAndRetreat.club is a community platform that provides access to destination groups, group chats, member profiles, community discussions, and AI-powered facilitation tools. We do not organize, operate, coordinate, supervise, or guarantee any meetup, outing, activity, event, or trip discussed through the platform.

Joining Is Free

MeetAndRetreat.club is currently free to join. We do not charge membership fees or subscriptions, and we do not take payments through the Service.

Joining a retreat group chat, or applying for a retreat, requires no payment. Because nothing is paid to MeetAndRetreat.club, there is nothing for us to refund.

Retreat Bookings and Refunds

If you decide to book a retreat, the booking and any payment are arranged directly between you and the retreat host or organizer, on the terms they provide to you.

Cancellations and refunds for a retreat are governed by the terms of its host or organizer, and requests should be made to them.

MeetAndRetreat.club is not a party to those bookings and does not collect, hold, or refund payments for retreats. If you are unsure who to contact about a retreat booking, write to help@goplaces.club and we will point you to the right person.

Cancellation

There is no membership to cancel and nothing renews automatically. You may stop using the Service at any time, and you may ask us to close your Account by contacting help@goplaces.club.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

MeetAndRetreat.club is a community and communication platform.

We do not guarantee:

  • Responses from other members.
  • Group participation levels.
  • Active destination groups in every location.
  • Meetups, outings, activities, or trips.
  • Friendships, relationships, travel companions, or any specific outcome.

Access to the platform and its community features does not guarantee any particular result.

If Paid Features Are Introduced

If we introduce paid memberships or other paid features in the future, we will update this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service before any charge applies, and the refund terms for that purchase will be shown to you before you buy.
